Residents, with children, may decide if they wish to participate in door-to-door Trick or Treat activities and individual property owners have the choice whether or not they wish to distribute treats. The Township only establishes a uniform date and time for residents who wish to participate. Lower Paxton Township does not sponsor any Trick or Treat related activities. Trick or Treat in Lower Paxton Township will take place on Saturday, October 31.
